Entonox Sedation
A safe and comfortable solution for children and adults
Dental Treatment without Stress
At SK Dental Clinic, we focus not only on professional precision, but also on every patient’s peace of mind. That is why we offer modern treatment under sedation with Entonox, also known as laughing gas.
It is a safe and proven method suitable for adults and children from 3 years of age. It helps make dental treatment a calm and manageable experience, without unnecessary stress or fear.
Before every treatment, we individually assess the patient’s health and choose the most suitable approach. Have questions? We will gladly explain everything. Call us at 0911 566 056.
What Is Entonox?
Entonox is a medical gas made of 50% oxygen and 50% nitrous oxide. It is inhaled through a mask that the patient holds themselves. The effect begins within 2–3 minutes.
Effects:
- A feeling of relaxation and calm
- Reduced perception of pain
- Overall mental calming
The patient remains conscious throughout the treatment, communicates with the doctor and actively cooperates. After inhalation stops, the effect wears off quickly and the patient can usually leave independently after a short time; suitability for driving is assessed individually.
